DNS notification of proposed development for Nant Mithil filed

On April 15th Nant Mithil Energy Park Ltd submitted on April 15th notice of application for the proposed Nant Mithil Energy Park. PEDW have 10 days to accept the notification after which the applicant has 12 months to submit a DNS application. Prior to that a statutory consultation will be held. The planning application must include details of the consultation process and its findings.

Forget the apparently long timetable - things will start happening soon. We have seen an internal Bute Energy email stating that the statutory consultation is due to start in May
